Senior Psychologist, Head of the area of Human Factors Management, responsible for the design and implementation of the foci of leadership, behavioral safety and learning, as well as the management of preventive tools in the leading company of the large copper mining worldwide.
He has extensive experience in occupational health and safety risk management in the large copper mining industry. He has led the design and direction of projects of organizational change and cultural transformation in Occupational Health and Safety.
Speaker at International Mining Safety Congresses. President of the III Congress of Mine Safety PREVEMIN, held in 2012 in Chile, member of the Chilean Ergonomics Society.
He participates as a guest professor in the Human and Organizational Factors Program in Risk Management at the University of San Andrés, Buenos Aires.
Exhibitor of the I and II International Forum on Management of Culture, Leadership and Conduct in Safety in Peru - 2014 and Brazil - 2016.
