The ICAM researcher course (Incident Cause Analysis Method), a practical application of the recognized Reason Swiss Cheese Model for accidents; It provides participants with a systematic and effective approach to investigate incidents and accidents.

The course presents a step-by-step outline of the research process, and provides practical tools and instructions to examine the contributing factors to the incident.

Professional Expert in Risk Prevention, authorized by Sanitary Authority, Chile. Experience in design and implementation of the investigation process and also in the realization of investigations of high impact incidents. Experience in the design and implementation of the incident investigation process with ICAM methodology in; CODELCO, Antofagasta Minerals and Celulosa Arauco y Constitución, in all its work centers. Participation in ICAM research of high impact incidents in the mining and pulp industry, as a methodological and technical expert.
