Scope
Developing a preventative culture in occupational safety and health is a challenge for organizations today that aspire to effective and sustainable management, as well as accident reduction.
To help organizations gain a comprehensive and systemic view of the process of transforming a preventative culture in OSH:
This November 17-20, 2026, more than 100 HSE leaders will meet at the “IV International Forum on Culture, Leadership, and Safety Behaviors Management” to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
We will have the participation of world-renowned specialists in the topics to be discussed, from the United States, Australia, Europe, and Latin America, as well as representatives from relevant institutions, anyone committed to a preventative culture in Occupational Safety and Health, and OSH leaders from Latin America who will share their best practices, challenges, and the obstacles involved in achieving a safety culture transformation within their organizations.
